Prices and Payment Processing

All prices shown are exlusive of 9% GST.
We accept major Credit Cards thru paypal, Cash or Cheque on Delivery.
Upon Successful Online Order, you will receive an Email Confirmation of your order.


Delivery is free for goods delivered within Singapore Mainland and West Malaysia (Please Contact Us or request for online Customization for delivery to surrounding islands or overseas).
Orders received before 11.30am (Singapore time gmt+0800hrs) can be delivered within the same day.
For weekend delivery, please have your order confirmed by Friday.
There is no guarantee of delivery on Public Holidays, but we may try to fulfill the request.
Under normal operating hours we would appreciate a 3 hours lead-time to effect delivery. Otherwise, delivery will be sent on the following day earliest.
For festive occasions, all orders must reach us 3 days in advance.
Please ensure that delivery details are correct to avoid any additional transport cost for re-direction.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of order must be made at least 24 hours in advance before delivery date.
A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed for same day cancellation; ie. less than 24 hours notice.
Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order cancelled and no refund will be made.
We will keep you informed through normal channels to make other necessary arrangement.


We will do our utmost best to deliver your order as featured.
However, due to seasonal and stock availability, the company reserves the rights to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order, to ensure your order arrives on time.
We ensure that the replaced items will be of equivalent or higher value.
Customer will be informed prior to delivery.

Exchanges and Refunds

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company’s Management.
